Kemal Evcioglu is director Turkey for Group-MSA and works as a FREM consultant. Kemal is the founder and current chairman of the board at UTTMD. He was the Director of Engineering in various hotels. He has BS in Control Systems Engineering and a MS degree in Electronics & Communication. Kemal is also an MBA from Beykent University and MS in International Relations.

Korhan Isikel has graduated from Government Fine Arts Academy with specific focus on Architecture and assigned in Sisecam Inc. and Aydin Boysan Architectural Office. Worked as Coordinator of Izocam Inc. and co-founder of Protem Inc. being in charge of chairman of the board and general manager. Published many technical writings based on Heat, Noise, Water and Fire Isolation, Energy Saving and Environmental issues and had given over 500 lectures within this scope. During his career, provided an insight through foundations, associations and societies: Founder of IZODER (The Association of Heat Noise Water and Fire Isolation), held the position of Chairman of the Board and currently continues as a member of the President Council of IZODER.

Nihat Bulut is a partner at Istasyon Makine. His curriculum shows a long time experience in technical facilities management.Nihat has been working as a machine department manager, technical consultant and technical coordinator. Nihat has his education in Elektronics engineering at the Istanbul University.

Tutku Barin graduated as an electrical engineer from the Yıldız Technical University in 1995. Between 2002-2011, she worked as Director of Sales and Marketing at Schneider Electric. She then moved over to Citelum Turkey, a French company in Lighting Design and worked there between 2011-2014 as a General Manager. In 2014 under the name Barina Lighting Design name she founded her own company. Barina Lighting Design firm is active in lighting Design, Lighting Supply and Building Automation Solutions.
