Sema graduated in Chemical Engineering in 1995 from Yildiz Technical University, Faculty of Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering. Since then she worked as a water treatment expert in companies such as NCH and OSMON Inc. Since 2006, she is the co-founder of the company AKSEM CHEMISTRY. Presently she is the Chief Executive Officer of the company AKSEM CHEMISTRY HYDROSAFE. She worked on creating a database on performance on water management. The findings are published in collaboration with the relevant departments of various universities, herewith contributing to graduates and undergraduates supporting their scientific education.

Tolga has his educational background in Chemistry. Since 2015 he is active as a specialist water treatment. Besides being active as a sales manager he worked on the technical implementation and monitoring of heating systems, cooling, steam processes, technical examination of swimming pools, chemical water treatment and so on in this specialist area of expertise.
