Murat currently works at Kone. He is occupied searching new business opportunities being involved as a project manager. Before he worked at Ak Makina as a sales engineer specialized in high quality boring tools and carbide tools Murat also has been occupied in the automotive industry with a focus on carbide tools. Recently he started his MBA at the Univercity of Dogus. Murat graduated as an automotive technical teacher.

İlker completed the English Business Department of the Istanbul University. In 2003 he started his professional career at Electrolux. He worked as Project Manager and Program Officer Manager in India, Singapore and Australia. In Italy, he worked as the European Product Manager. Later he worked as the Purchasing Manager responsible for components from Turkey in Electrolux and then in 2012 as the Sales Manager of the White Goods Sector in Erdemir (Ereğli Demir Çelik). Since 2015 he has been working as a Business Development Manager at KONE. 

Tanju Başay graduated from Yıldız University as a mechanical engineer and done MSc degree at heat process branch at the same university. He studied contemporary business management at Marmara University. He started to work as a sales representative in 1992 at Inoksan Kitchen Company and is still in the position of manager of the Northern Marmara Region in the same company during this time he has undertaken the responsibility of applying kitchen services to international hotel chains, hospitals etc. both at domestic and abroad market. 

Since his education on Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi and Uludağ Üniversitesi as a master of business administration Bilal as a mechanical engineer specialist since 2004 has worked with Crowne Plaza Hilton Otel, Hampton, Akım Mühendislik, Akkor Mühendislik A.Ş. Bilal has worked on projects handling mechanical systems, plumbing, central and individual heating systems, air conditioning systems, ventilation systems, air and central air conditioning, refrigeration systems, fire systems, natural gas, solar energy systems, swimming pools, central vacuum cleaning systems.
