I am a mechanic technician at Sheraton and Aloft Complex Bursa. In the beginning I really had difficulty to wake up early at 04:30 early in the morning to come to the course from Bursa by ferryboat. Mostly after a long tiring busy work day in the hotel. Sometimes even with too little sleep I followed the course with an open mind and a high spirit. I am not happy that the course ended. The days passed so quickly. The topics were very exciting and enjoyable to learn. I immediately applied the knowledge to the practice in the hotel. In turn I know that the hotel management gained a lot from the knowledge I now bring to the work. As good examples I give the lessons learned from water management and energy management.
