The course attendants already had basic knowledge on technical facilities management. They also had the chance to share their knowledge with each other, away from the busy ambient in their organizational surroundings. The curriculum embraced all kinds of knowledge in the required extent. The participants learned a lot in matter of the technical information that was thought to be known and a lot more even they learned from areas generally not well known by the technical facilities professional. Current applied mistakes made in practice were corrected in this course.
